Studies have shown that Red Light Skin Therapy increases collagen production by stimulating mitochondria within cells.

First discovered by NASA, Red Light Therapy has also been used in the treatment of certain psychiatric conditions and sleep disorders. Doctors have also used Red Light Therapy in the treatment of acne due to patients becoming immune to various antibiotic treatments.
